The CIBC in Westmount provides the worst customer service. They create (2) lines one for business and the other for personnel. I believe their logic is that the businesses must be in and out as quickly as possible. Yet, everytime I go to the bank, I'm left waiting a minimum of 20 minutes and a maximum of 40 minutes; while individuals who come in after me are served prior to me....does that make sense!!!!! When I try to explain to the tellers that their process is flawed they are argumentative. They truly don't understand that's it's bad customer service to keep someone waiting while serving individuals who follow. Obviously, they have no clue how to serve the customer. I have grown tired of being treated with disrespect by the business teller and one other teller. CIBC should stick to their claim and provide the service they claim to provide.
